What information should I include?
We want to hear about your latest accomplishments, your strengths, and how specific skills might be applied to a position at Rhythmsoft. Be sure to highlight your accomplishments in previous jobs—not just your duties. Do you have past projects to share? Include them as attachments or links to give us a better sense of your style.
How long should my resume be?
It’s okay to use more than one page. That said, be sure your summaries are succinct and relevant—and that your most important information figures prominently on the first page.
Should I list extracurricular and volunteer work?
Yes, help us get to know you better by telling us a little bit about the things that you’re passionate about both in and outside of the workplace.
What are the top traits you look for in a potential candidate?
The specific questions we ask will depend on the position you’re applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow. Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, high intelligence, a passion for technology, willingness to work hard, rock-solid skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to excel.

Our recruiters review job applicants for each opening and reach out to those who appear to be a strong match with the position.
But even if you're not contacted for the job you applied for, your information will go into our recruiter's shared candidate database, which means you may be contacted for other opportunities within Rhythmsoft at a later date.

Do you offer entry-level positions?
Yes, we have many positions ranging from entry to senior levels. We post these positions onto our site here once they're available.
Do you offer part-time positions?
Unfortunately, all positions are full-time at Rhythmsoft as of right now.
Does Rhythmsoft hire students, interns, and new graduates?
Yes! Rhythmsoft offers programs tailored to interns and recent graduates.
What if I need a visa?
There are many jobs for which the company might be able to sponsor visas, depending on the requirements of the job and the qualifications of the candidate. Feel free to apply to any jobs you're qualified for. If the role is appropriate for visa sponsorship and you're qualified for the job, the recruiter will let you know how to proceed with the interview process.
What if I need to relocate?
Apply for jobs as you normally would. If a recruiter contacts you about a job, let the recruiter know about your relocation requirements. If the particular position does not have a relocation budget available, the recruiter may also be able to assist you in finding similar jobs that do.

Interview prep
How can I prepare?
Help us get to know you by explaining how your prior experience and successes have prepared you for the role you’re pursuing at Rhythmsoft. Review the job description and do a bit of research on the product, team, and our company. Come with a few examples in mind that demonstrate your strengths, any questions you have about the opportunity, and a healthy dose of curiosity. It’s always a good idea to get plenty of sleep and eat a good breakfast, too.
Should I ask questions?
Thoughtful questions demonstrate your level of understanding, your interest, and your passions, so don't hold back. Your interview is an opportunity for you to get to know us too.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel confident, comfortable and suitable for the role you are applying for.
How much time will the interview take?
That depends on the day and time you are called for an interview. Typically the initial waiting period and the interview can take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours.
How will you test my knowledge?
Be prepared to demonstrate how you meet the requirements of the job description by sharing specific examples from your past, or ideas about how you would accomplish a specific task. For some of our openings you may be asked to write code, share a creative portfolio, or provide examples of your work in other ways.
Should I share how I think?
We're interested in more than just your answers. We want to know how your mind works, how you come up with solutions, and whether you can clearly explain your thinking process. Be prepared to verbalize how you came up with the answer or solution to a technical issue, design question, or problem-solving puzzle.
What to expect post interview
How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made?
Your recruiter can help you understand the specific timeline for the opening you've applied for. You should hear back from them with a status update within a week of your interview.

How do I add cover letters and/or attachments?
While submiting your application online, you'll have an additional field to attach a supporting document.
Can I submit an unsolicited application?
If you can’t find a suitable position in our current job vacancies at the moment, you are welcome to send in an unsolicited application. Please let us know specifically which area and tasks interest you, and whether and to what extent you would consider traveling as part of your work. This will make it easier for us to find a suitable position for you.
